I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with the motorized shades that you installed in all three rooms of my new condo. You were extremely helpful and informative with respect to the fabric selection. One thing that particularly impressed me was that I (and you) didn’t want a two piece installation in my master bedroom due to the 12 ft. width. You were able to suggest a fabric that could be “railroaded” to allow for a one piece shade. Very appreciated. Your product is of the highest quality and very quiet. Your installation staff was courteous, professional and clean. I did recommend you to two other residents in the building which came to see my installation. I hired Norman and Rosenberg Interior Technologists to install a large number of Lutron motorized shades in a new home I was building in Florida. After the initial installation, there were problems with some of the Lutron motors from the factory. Norman made sure that each and every bad shade motor was replaced under warranty and without additional cost. Norman and his team came out multiple times were prompt, clean and efficient in getting things repaired. I have been very happy with the Rosenberg entire team including the installation and warranty repair process.

We lately had the Rosenberg team install Lutron Smart motorized shades in our new home. I have worked with Norman since our home was in construction and the team has been a pleasure to work with. Norman has been very prompt in scheduling appointments and responding to all our inquiries and helped us in selecting the appropriate fabric for each room. We are very happy with the shades. We were referred to Norman Rosenberg, at Rosenberg Technologists, by our lighting contractor. Norman has had a lifelong career selling and servicing Lutron shade products, so he’s an expert in the field. Although, prior to meeting Norman, we already the house hard wired for Lutron electronic shades, he was willing to work with us for the shade and shade installation part of the project. Also, during the installation, his crews were also very professional and thorough and maintained a clean work environment. I cannot speak more highly about the knowledge, attention to detail, and impeccable customer service Norman and his team delivered on my project. I had approached Norman for a proposal to install Lutron shades in my personal residence and not only did he deliver a very competitive proposal that saved me thousands, but he went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. He was even able to fit an additional window treatment within my budget that I originally thought couldn’t be accomplished. Communication was exceptional and extremely fast. All in, my shades were installed weeks before our anticipated arrival date. His technician encountered a few obstacles during the installation due to our original wiring, he stayed at the home until he had the issues resolved and shades installed/programmed. On top of that, they noticed that one shade wasn’t as quiet as it should be – something I had not even noticed at the time – and proactively ordered a replacement without me even having to ask. Needless to say, he will go above and beyond to ensure that everything is absolutely perfect and to your satisfaction. Service today seems to be a long-lost art form, but not for Norman. I would highly recommend his services!
